WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and it has been processed. 

All orders take 3-7 days to process. Shipping may take up to two sometimes three weeks due to all items being shipped internationally. We cannot guarantee an exact shipping time due to our shipping facility being international and we have no way to control exactly how fast your order may arrive. Most customers receive their order within two weeks of placing their orders. We work as hard and as quickly as we can to ensure a speedy delivery. 

HOW CAN I RETURN THIS?

Fashions Heaven. has a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for all items, only if they are damaged or broken. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a refund confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
